After dedicating 16 years to teaching in the public schools of Norwalk-La Mirada and Santa Ana, Seth decided to take his passion for education and empowerment to a broader audience. In 2005, he became certified as a coach and trainer with the prestigious international organization Dale Carnegie.

In 2015, Seth married Leticia Sherwood, a passionate advocate for personal and professional development. Together, they founded Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes. Over the past decade, Seth and Leticia have guided more than 20 organizations in their growth in leadership, communication, and goal achievement.
