How can I determine if my company or personal needs a coaching or leadership program?
If your company is growing and positions with more responsibility are opening up, you need to identify and prepare the key individuals who will ensure that your company continues to expand.
What results can I expect from implementing a coaching or leadership course for my staff and/or company?
After a coaching and leadership course within your company, you will have staff with improved decision-making skills, better stress and time management, and enhanced communication and leadership abilities in managerial positions or team leadership roles.
How many sessions are there and how long is each session?
The two leadership courses and the sales course consist of 8 sessions, each lasting 3.5 hours. Typically, each class is held once a week. For example, every Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a 15-minute break in the middle of the session. The course can also be taken over three consecutive days. We are flexible.
What is the optimal number of participants for taking the course together?
The course includes various group dynamics with 4-5 people. Between 20 and 30 participants is ideal for taking the course together.
Do participants receive any certification after completing any of the courses?
Yes, participants receive a certificate validating their participation in the course attended.
What unique and differentiating aspects does your coaching program at Sherwood Coaching and Keynotes offer compared to other coaching programs on the market?
We offer a completely bilingual program, which allows us to adapt the courses so that all participants receive the same benefits by receiving information in their preferred language. Additionally, our programs are offered either in-person at your company or via Zoom.
What type of ongoing support or follow-up do you offer after the coaching program to ensure long-term results?
Upon completion of our programs, participants receive 6 months of individual follow-up to monitor growth in the areas where each participant needs further reinforcement.
