¿Cuántas sesiones son y cuánto tiempo es cada sesión?
Los dos cursos de liderazgo y el curso de ventas son 8 sesiones y cada sesión dura 3.5. horas. Normalmente cada clase es una vez por semana. Por ejemplo, cada lunes de las 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm con un break de 15 minutos a la mitad de la sesión.
También se puede tomar el curso en tres días consecutivos. Somos flexibles.
¿Cuál es el mejor número de participantes para tomar el curso conjuntos?
El curso incluye varias dinámicas en grupos de 4-5 personas. Entre 20 y 30 participantes es ideal para realizar el curso juntos.
¿Cuál es la historia de Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes?
Seth Sherwood, origen de Amherst, MA, creció hablando inglés y español. Su papa, Franklin B. Sherwood, profesor de economía, casó con Esther Flores de Guatemala en 1953. Seth seguía en las huellas de su padre. Él era maestro en las escuelas públicas de Norwalk y Santa Ana CA ambos la primaria y la secundaria.
Después de una carrera de 15 años como maestro de jóvenes, Seth cambio a dar clases de liderazgo, ventas y hablar en público por una organización internacional. Por la alta demanda de cursos de liderazgo en el área de Los Ángeles, Seth fundó su propio negocio bilingüe de Coaching y Hablar Motivacional en 2015 años.
En este mismo año, Seth se casó con Leticia Gómez de Puebla, MX. Poco después ella empezó a ayudar su esposo dando los cursos a corporaciones en el área de Los Ángeles y otras ciudades en EEUU y en Latino América. Leticia tiene mucha experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente. Tambien, trae su excelentes habilidades en contador. Ella da clases y presentaciones para la comunidad en el condado de San Bernardino, CA.
