Meet Seth Sherwood: Your Guide to Professional Growth
Trajectory and Passion
Seth Sherwood, originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, has accumulated rich experience through his work and travels in Latin America, including Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, and Mexico.
Academic and Professional Achievements
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Seth completed a two-year tour with the Peace Corps in Honduras in 1983 and earned his MBA from the University of New Haven in 1986. After a 16-year career as a public school teacher, he became certified as a trainer and coach with Dale Carnegie, delivering over 100 motivational presentations at corporate conferences and community events.

With hundreds of seminars conducted both in the U.S. and abroad, Seth is an expert in leadership, communication, team building, successful sales, stress management, and goal achievement. His dynamic sessions are designed to inspire and empower.
Founder of Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes
In response to the growing demand for Spanish-language training programs in the U.S., Seth founded Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes, an organization dedicated to bilingual professional development. He is also the founder of Family Reading Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes family literacy.
Acclaimed Author and Family Man
Seth is the author of the book ("Trains Make U-turns, 5 Simple Steps to Get Your Life on Track"). Additionally, he is a devoted husband and father of five adult children, a golf enthusiast, a guitarist, and a community service advocate.

Origins and Formation
Leticia Sherwood was born in Puebla, Mexico, where she spent her childhood and youth. She became certified as a Public Accountant before emigrating to the United States in search of a better life. In her early days, she worked cleaning houses and in restaurants, demonstrating her tenacity and dedication.
Professional Trajectory
Leticia made a successful transition to the professional world, becoming an auto insurance agent, a registered tax preparer, and a licensed agent in services for the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Union and Development at Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes
In 2015, Leticia married Seth Sherwood and joined the team at Sherwood Coaching & Keynotes. She obtained her certification as a Professional Development Coach, significantly contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Commitment to Faith and Community
After graduating from the School of Ministry at their local church, they began serving as ministry leaders. These ministries include bible studies, marriage enrichment and Financial Peace University.
Family Life and Hobbies
Leticia values quality time with her family and enjoys traveling with her husband, marveling at the blessings and creation of God. Together, they have five adult children and are grateful to serve God with their gifts and talents, leading more people to Christ (Matthew 28:19).
